Sweet lord someone please rehire Yoshitaka Amano

What the -hell- kind of drugs does the Final Fantasy character designer spend his free time on?
I remember days of y
ears lost to the eternal void where , certainly thanks to Yoshitaka Amano's artwork that the characters in Final Fantasy evoked some sort of femininity amongst the scarred worlds they carried out their adventures in, but over time the character designers took this unique femininity of characters and added more blue hair and zippers. Despite the fact that I really honestly like Final Fantasy 12, I can't help but wonder if Tetsuya Nomura is still designing characters for a game, or characters for some sort of horrible yaoi story the likes that you would find on Deviantart.

For instance, take the main character Vaan. Now, let's use the word 'main character' lightly because he isn't really all that important in regards to the actual story. Vaan's role is more or less to fill the void of 'young hero' in the Final Fantasy mold. Or perhaps his role in the games mold is 'most sexually confused' It's really becoming a blurred line with the more games in the series that are released! Uncomfortably, Vaan goes through the game in some sort of regal attire that can only be described as a combination of gimp clothing and Aladdin, maybe silver rubber is popular attire in the world of FF12, who am I to dispute the fashion concerns of a world where six foot tall women with bunny ears walk around half naked! Well now that I think about it, atleast Vaan only looks like some kind of bastian of eroticism, I shudder to think of what Tetsuya Nomura would do with him if paid to work for more nefarious purposes.
